Situated on poorly drained land with a marshy area to the S. The poorly preserved remains of a partially destroyed horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (dims. 12m N-S; 7.5m E-W) with a shallow opening (Wth 4m) at SW. Another fulacht fia (TN007-067001) is located 17m to the N. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary.
