In rough grazing, to SE of stream. Overgrown, kidney-shaped mound of burnt material (25m E-W; 21m N-S; H 1.1m); opening (Wth 6.5m) faces N. One of a group of three fulachta fiadh (10277; 10278). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
