Pitched Valencia slate roof with square rooflight to west, concrete ridge tiles, two nap rendered chimneystacks, yellow clay pots, timber eaves and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted nap rendered walls with moulded rendered plait band to first floor. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with consoles, moulded entablature and timber glazed door with overlight. Set back from road in shared grounds.
