What is recorded here

Lackabane holds a broken fairy fort where a south bank still stands one point four metres high while the rest has flattened into pasture. People may have circled this space, watched the Shournagh valley, or simply passed along the western laneway before the earth took back the shape. The name suggests it belonged to nobody human, yet the bank remains firm enough to mark the difference between a field and a room.
