Keeloge holds a thirty-eight-metre stone and earth ring above flat terrain, marking a place where people controlled entry, watched the NE horizon and kept a defensible home. Its causewayed gap and inner stone edge suggest a lived boundary rather than a forgotten shape. The fairy name may be later legend, but the structure still asks whether it guarded a family, a field or a road.

Situated on flat land in upland area overlooking low-lying flat terrain to the NE. Circular area (diam 38m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H varies 1 - 2m); outer fosse (Wth varies 3 - 4m; ext. D 0.4m) with causewayed entrance (Wth 3m) at SE. No external bank visible. Evidence of stone revetment along the inner bank at E.
