Fort field in Glantane held a thirty-metre earthen ring before ploughs and pasture erased it. Bowman recorded two such vanished forts on W.Mullane's land in 1934, preserving what the soil forgot. The fairies may have taken the stones back, but human hands more likely smoothed the rampart into grass.

One of two levelled single-ramparted forts (diam. c. 27yd and c. 35yd) recorded by Bowman (1934, 553) on W.Mullane's land.
