In pasture, on W-facing slope. Circular area (total dims. 28m N-S; 27m E-W) defined by levelled bank (Wth 10m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 0.25m) WSW-N-ESE and enclosed by preserved bank (Wth 8.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.9m) ESE-S-WSW. Field boundary (long-axis E-W) truncates monument across S-sector. Interior to N incorporated into field as pasture and to S is a compact D-shaped area (dims. 8m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by the surviving bank. Traces of external fosse (Wth 10m; D 0.35m). Ringfort (TS070-021----) located 220m to NW and moated site (TS070-023----) located 230m to SW.
