Situated on level ground in flat countryside. Subcircular area (diam 26m) enclosed by two earthen banks with intervening fosse (Wth 3m; ext. D 1.2m) and causeway entrance (Wth 4m) at E. Inner bank (Wth 2m; int. H 0.5m), outer bank (Wth 3m; ext. H 0.7m).
