Attached three-bay single-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1820, having extension to rear (west). Pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystack, dormer windows and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with platband below dormers. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash and casement windows with concrete sills to dormers. Square-headed openings to ground floor with two-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door.

This picturesque and eye-catching house is unusual within the streetscape. The dormers in particular, as well as the single-storey form, help to define the building's character. The dormers may be a late nineteenth or early twentieth century addition, and the attractive timber sliding sash windows are probably of the same date.
