Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1790. Ground floor remodelled to accommodate commercial use, c. 1890, with door openings altered and tripartite timber sliding sash window inserted. Pitch Moher flagged slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows with stone sills to upper floors. Timber matchboard door with five pane overlight and timber double leaf doors to former shop.
