Terraced three-bay three-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1860, with timber shopfront inserted, c. 1930. Pitched artificial slate roof with concrete ridge tiles, rooflights, cast-iron rainwater goods, rendered chimneystack, red clay pots and consoled cornice. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls with render quoins and moulded render architraves to upper floors. Exposed rubble stone walls to ground floor. Shopfront comprising carved pilasters, cast-iron columns, tripartite fixed windows and timber panelled and glazed doors with fascia and moulded cornice above. Retaining original timber sliding sash windows to upper floors.
