Enclosure in Thomondtown

Located in a large arable field c. 1.2km SE of the complex of ecclesiastical monuments at Gracedieu (DU007-015001- to DU007-015010-). An unnamed W-E running stream is located c. 69m to the S and SW. The enclosure can be seen on Google Earth coverage and where it is visible as a positive cropmark (12 July 2013) and as a negative cropmarks (2 June 2016). The Google Earth imagery appears to indicate an subcircular enclosure (ext. diams c. 35m NE–SW and c. 32m NW–SE) defined by bank (Wth c. 2m).
