In pasture, on W-facing slope. Depicted as hachured roughly circular enclosure (diam. c. 25m) on 1842 OS 6-inch map; bank linear to N and NE where incorporated into field boundary system; SE corner of large rectangular enclosure (14264) tangential to NW side. Levelled; field fences survive to N and E which may incorporate a portion of original bank; no other visible surface trace of site. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 4: North Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2000).
