Terraced three-bay two-storey house, extant 1902, on a rectangular plan. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, concrete or rendered coping to gables with rendered chimney stacks to apexes having stringcourses below stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with rendered "bas-relief" strips to ends. Square-headed central door opening with threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing six-over-six timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A house representing an integral component of the domestic built heritage of Duncannon with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such attributes as the compact rectilinear plan form; the diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a feint graduated tiered visual effect; and the high pitched roof showing a small cut slate finish. Having been well maintained, the elementary form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the historic or original fabric, thus upholding the character or integrity of a house making a pleasing visual statement in a seaside village street scene.
