What is recorded here

Indicated is a small circular crannog in White Lough, County Cavan, Ireland. It sits about fifty metres from the shoreline and measures roughly twenty metres across. Dense vegetation still covers the island, hiding whatever human hands once shaped or lived there. The lake has kept the place quiet while memory and myth circled it.
