Fairy fort / stone ringfort in Drumaskibbole is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Drumaskibbole, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies an east-west ridge with steep sides in pasture and contains an oval raised area nearly twenty metres across. A mostly ruined stone wall encloses the site, preserving inner and outer foundation faces two metres wide and sixty-five centimetres high. The northeast entrance measures two point six metres, while a field wall attaches to the northern cashel wall.
Located on an E-W ridge with steep sides in pasture. Comprises an oval raised area (int. diam 19.50m) enclosed by a mostly ruined stone wall of which the inner and outer facing of the foundation coarse survives (Wth 2m, H 0.65m). The entrance is in the NE (Wth 2.60m) and a section of field wall is attached to the cashel wall on the N. Compiled by: Geraldine Stout Date of upload: 4 November 2013
