Three massive uprights still lean across a roofless wedge on a slight Leitrim rise, marking a grave large enough for more than one body. The chamber stretches two point seven metres east to west and widens from one point four to two point one metres north to south, reaching a maximum height of one point two metres. Grass and shadow have taken the roof, but the stones still hold their angle, waiting for someone to imagine whose bones they kept.

Wedge tomb; dates to the Late Neolithic or Early Bronze Age (c. 2500–1000 BC). Its wedge-shaped chamber and megalithic construction reflect a regional tradition of ceremonial burial in western Britain and Ireland.
