What is recorded here

Built against rock face in quarry. Random-rubble sandstone walls encase earthen core. Front elevation (H c. 4.75m) faces N; lintelled recess (H 2.6m; Wth 2.45m; D c. 1.5m), corbelled to rear, rear collapsed and infilled with core material. Partially collapsed funnel (diam. c. 2.14m), upper 3m brick-lined, lower portion infilled but appears to be stone lined.
