At end of lane to W of road. Indicated on 1842 OS 6-inch map, and named 'Keal'. Front (S) of 5 bays, central door, windows in end walls; attic window in W end wall. Hipped roof with thatch; central chimney. Off-centre hipped projection to rear, also thatched. Later 2-storey addition at W end of rear.
