Standing stone in Derreeny

Not recorded on the OS maps, this site is locally referred to as a 'gallaun'. It is located at the head of the Kealduff river valley, and four examples of rock art occur in its immediate vicinity (KE082-067----, KE082-072----, KE082-073----, KE082-074----). Rectangular in elevation, the stone stands .8m high and measures .42m x .37m at base; WNW-ESE. See attached photograph courtesy of Aoibheann Lambe The above description is derived from A.
