Lissaphucha is a well-preserved fairy fort on a north-facing Galway slope, its oval bank and outer ditch still sharp after centuries of grass growth. The eastern gap appears original, as if the fort was built with an entrance rather than broken by time. An underground passage may still cut through the interior, hidden beneath the turf and waiting for someone bold enough to crawl into the dark.

On a N-facing slope in grassland. Well-preserved subcircular rath (N-S 57m, E-W 35m) defined by a bank and external fosse. A gap at E appears original. There is a probable Man-made underground passage (GA046-042001-) within the interior.
