What is recorded here

Crowmartin holds two ghost circles, one perhaps a ringfort and the other an annexe, visible only in aerial photographs above County Louth. The land has erased their earthworks but preserved their shapes in shadow and light. Whatever life moved inside those boundaries left no stone for hands to touch, only a faint draft in the soil that cameras can still read.
