Lower floor divided into two retail units at present with residential accommodation to second floor, retaining two over two timber sliding sash windows, timber and glazed shopfronts to ground floor and painted stone cills, having four-panel door with overlight leading to upper floors; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.

Substantial late eighteenth- early nineteenth-century premises, retaining some original fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river. Change from bakery to shop in 1909, "Fitzgibbon & Co" visible on façade between first and second floors.
