What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1870. Pitched slate roof with red brick chimneystack. Round-headed door opening with moulded render surround, timber panelled door and fanlight. Cast-iron sill guard to ground floor window. Replacement uPVC windows.
Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, this house remains an important addition to the streetscape. The scale and form of the building make it a notable contributor to the surrounding area. The regular façade of the building is enhanced by the moulded render door surround and the cast-iron sill guard.
