What is recorded here

Indicated was a twenty-metre fairy fort in County Limerick pasture, visible on the 1841 map but levelled before human memory faded. It vanished not through disaster, but through the ordinary hunger of fields and forgetting. What remains is a coordinate, a absent circle, and the suspicion that some places stop existing because nobody believes them enough to keep holding their shape.
