What is recorded here

Enclosure in Coolbreedeen is a circular enclosure about 29m wide in flat pasture 1.5km E of the Killeenagarriff River, with a ringfort 250m to the NW. It appeared on the 1840 OS 6-inch map and remained visible in 2011-13 orthophotos, suggesting people shaped or used that ground long before modern cameras passed overhead.
In flat pasture 1.5km E of the Killeenagarriff River. Ringfort (LI006-014----) located 250m to the NW. Depicted on the 1840 ed. OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure. The site is description is based upon its illustration on the 1897 OS 25-inch map and on Digital Globe orthophotos taken 2011-13 where a circular enclosure (diam. c. 29m) is visible.
