Burial Ground is a burial ground in Cloonslanor, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a gentle north-facing slope beside the removed Strokestown Workhouse. Masonry walls and an entrance gate define the rectangular area, while a memorial marks the site despite the absence of visible burial evidence.
On a gentle N-facing slope in the grounds of Strokestown Workhouse. Rath (RO029-013001-) was used as the Burial Ground of the Strokestown Workhouse, which was c. 100m to the N and which has now been removed without trace. The graveyard is a rectangular overgrown area (dims c. 65m NNE-SSW; c. 55m WNW-ESE) defined by masonry walls with an entrance gate towards the W end of the N wall.
