Children's bones emerged near a lost church in Ballinaboy around 1912, marking the slope as a place where young lives ended before records or rituals could be recovered. The site may have served as a burial ground for children, suggesting the community set aside even its smallest members with care. What is missing is not emptiness; it is the part of history that resistance, forgetfulness or time removed.
