Enclosure in Cherryfield OR Drishaghan is an enclosure in Cherryfield OR Drishaghan, County Roscommon, Ireland. The rath is enclosed by an earthen bank and outer ditch, except where the western ditch has widened. The same outer bank surrounds a rectangular grass-covered annexe extending southeast from the main structure.
The rath (RO022-044001-) is enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth 2.5m-3m; int. H 0.1m-0.4m; ext. H 0.3m) and outer fosse or rush-filled ditch (Wth 1m-2m), except WNW-N where the rath fosse has been widened. This outer bank also enclose a rectangular, grass-covered annexe (dims c. 28m NE-SW; 12m NW-SE) outside the rath to the SE.
