Carrowliam Beg hides a man-made underground passage in its southwest quadrant, waiting beneath soil where potatoes once forced flagstones into daylight. The rath keeps its own counsel, revealing chambers only when human hands break its skin. What lives in that dark is no longer certain, but the stones remember the digging and the passage remains a promise the earth makes and breaks.

In a rath (MA050-012001-). According to local tradition, there is a Man-made underground passage in the SW quadrant of the rath.
