Fairy fort / earthen ringfort in Carrigans Lower is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carrigans Lower, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies undulating ground and forms a raised circular area with a seventeen-metre internal diameter. An earth and stone bank surrounds the space, reaching twenty-five centimetres in width and eighty to one hundred and eighty millimetres in height depending on the side. The interior remains concave in profile.
In undulating ground. A raised circular area (int. diam. 17m) enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.8m; ext. H 1.8m). The interior is concave in profile.
