Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1850, retaining original aspect. One of a terrace of three. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on overhanging rendered eaves having iron brackets. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A pleasant small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of three identical houses (including 22810047/WD-21-10-47), which retains its original form and fabric, and which contributes to the character of the streetscape.
