Bullaun stone in Coolfinn

Situated at the edge of the floodplain of the River Suir with the W-E Kilbunny Stream 30-40m to the SE. The Romanesque parish church of Guilcagh (WA008-010001-) is within a small rectangular graveyard (WA008-010002-). There are two bullaun stones outside the doorway of the church. That to the S is a conglomerate stone (dims. 0.6m x 0.5m; H 0.25m) with a single basin (diam. 0.33m; D 0.22m). Compiled by: Michael Moore. Date of Upload: 3rd November, 2010.
