In a rockery at the E end of the N wall of a church (LF013-045002-). A circular depression (diam. 0.36m; D 0.16m) is carved into a large boulder. A second bullaun stone (LF013-045006-) lies nearby within the graveyard (LF013-045003-). Compiled by: Patrick F. O'Donovan Date of upload: 6 June 2013

Likely dating to the early Christian period, bullaun stones were often used for ritual purposes, such as the preparation of holy water or as baptismal fonts. They may also have had prehistoric origins, associated with pagan rituals or healing practices, and were sometimes linked to local folklore involving saints or curative properties.
