Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Recent additions to the side (south) and rear (west). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door and overlight. Rendered boundary wall to front and side.
A well maintained house retaining its original form and character. The timber sash windows and stocky chimneystacks are interesting features. It holds a prominent position in the landscape and makes a positive contribution to the area.
