Marked only on 1940 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated at the bottom of a N-facing slope in the valley of the W-E Blackwater Strean which is c. 230m to the N. This is a stone with a roughly triangular cross-section (dims. 0.5m x 0.55m; H 0.9m). Standing stone (WX006-011----) is c. 230m to the NNE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Wexford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1996).
