Terraced three-bay single-storey rendered house, built c.1900, with a canted bay window on front elevation. Pitched slate roof with a rendered chimneystack. Square-headed openings retain original timber sash windows and timber batten door. Single-storey return to rear. One of a terrace of three.

This house is at the south end of a terrace built facing the sea. These sea-facing terraces became popular during the Victorian era and there are a number of these terraces along the seafront in Bettystown and Laytown. This structure retains its original form and many original features and materials.
