Cill (Site of) is a church in Bawnfune (glenahiry By.), County Waterford, Ireland. The 1840 map showed a sub-triangular embanked enclosure about 60 metres north-south and 50 metres east-west with the apex at north, while the 1927 map showed a sub-rectangular enclosure about 65 metres east-west and 50 metres north-south. The site sits on a knoll on a south-facing slope, appears as an oval area 37 metres north-south and 26 metres east-wide when ploughed, is defined by a two-metre stony spread, and has no recorded burial evidence.
