Situated in grassland at W end of glacial ridge running E-W which may have been modified. Well-preserved ring-barrow consisting of a low circular shaped earthen mound (diam. c. 3.5m; H c. 0.35m) enclosed by an inner fosse (approx. Early Bronze Age ring-barrow, dating to c. 2000–800 BCE. This type of burial monument is significant as it reflects the funerary practices of early farming communities in the region.
