Friary (1838). is an architectural fragment in Banada, County Sligo, Ireland. The two-storey rectangular building measures 15.55m NW-SE and 6.4m NE-SW, presents a 19th-century appearance, and stands on a terrace overlooking the west bank of the river Moy about 350m SW of Banada abbey. Three punch-dressed and chamfered limestone blocks in the adjacent garden probably derive from that nearby abbey.

On a terrace, immediately overlooking the W bank of the river Moy, c. 350m SW of Banada abbey (SL037-068001-). The building marked 'Friary' (but not in Old English script, denoting an antiquity) on the 1838 OS 6-inch map is a two-storey rectangular structure (15.55m NW-SE; 6.4m NE-SW) of 19th-century appearance. In the adjacent garden are three blocks of punch-dressed and chamfered limestone; these architectural fragments probably derive from the nearby abbey (SL037-068001-).
