Semi-detached two-bay single-storey with attic former estate worker’s house, one of a uniform grouping of sixteen, built c.1860 and now a private dwelling. The building is constructed in rubble with granite quoins and dressings, whilst the slated gable-ended pitched roof has an overhang with exposed rafter ends and a granite chimneystack. The entrance was originally to the south gable but was moved c.1990 to its present position on the west elevation, and consists of a replacement timber and glazed door. The original doorway opening has been made into a window. The windows themselves are flat-headed and have timber casement frames. Cast-iron rainwater goods (to west elevation only). The property is situated back from the roadside behind a relatively long garden.

Although the doorway has been moved to the rear elevation this former estate worker’s house has largely maintained its low-key rustic appearance and remains one of the better examples of the grouping.
