What is recorded here
Situated on SE facing slope of a large hill in grassland with good views all around. A large circular slightly raised area (approx. diam. 40m NW-SE; 39m NE-SW) enclosed by two earthen banks, an intervening fosse and an outer fosse. The inner bank is well preserved; the outer bank is visible from NW-NE and from SE-SW, with a slight outer fosse from NE-NW. There is a possible entrance gap (Wth 1.5m) at SE. The interior slopes gently from N-S.
