What is recorded here

Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1900, now derelict. Coursed granite rubble walls, half-timbered to gables, with red brick dressings to openings and quoins. Boarded-up window openings with granite sills. Projecting gable-fronted porch with semi-circular fanlight. Pitched artificial slate roof with central beige brick chimney stack.
This attractive house, set in an extensive garden, retains its original proportions and many materials, and fits in neatly with its contemporary neighbours to the north on Cloverhill Road and to the south on Ballymanaggin Lane.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
