Fulacht fia in Ballymaclode

Situated on low-lying ground on the E bank of a S-N stream. This is an oval grass-covered mound (dims. 15m ENE-WSW; 10m NNW-SSE) covered by a clay mantle. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
