What is recorded here

Barrow is a flat-topped earthen mound with a rectangular platform attached to its northwest side, set on the north-facing slope of Rathcroghan ridge in County Roscommon. Grass still covers both parts, and the shallow scarps marking the platform edge remain visible beside the mound. The shape suggests people built a place for seeing, meeting or remembering rather than merely burying, though no surviving account says which.
