What is recorded here

Kilkenny farmland still holds the stone, though no human hand shaped it and no chamber remains beside it. It stands like a forgotten marker, perhaps dropped from a glacial ridge or left behind when the land shifted. People may have passed it for centuries, reading it as a boundary, a warning or a gift from the earth.
