What is recorded here

Indicated is a stone ringfort in County Mayo, Ireland. It occupies a rock outcrop and measures about thirty-two metres north-south and thirty-one metres east-west. A dump-built wall three metres wide and one and a half metres high encloses the circle, leaving a two-and-a-half-metre gap on the northeast. A later field fence overlaps the wall from the south toward the northeast, marking the place as both ancient and continually reused.

In area of rock outcrop. Circular area (32m N-S; 31m E-W), enclosed by a stone wall of dump construction (Wth 3m; H 1.5m) with gap (Wth 2.6m) on NE. Wall overlain by stone field fence, S to NE.
