Rathoe is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Ardvarney, County Sligo, Ireland. It occupies a forest clearing at the northwest end of an elevated ridge with extensive views in all directions. A 1992 inspection recorded a twenty-four-metre circular area defined by inner and outer earthen banks, an intervening fosse, and a southeast entrance. Dense overgrowth now covers most of the perimeter, leaving only the centre visible beneath high grass and rushes.

In rough pasture, in a forest clearing at the NW end of an elevated ridge with extensive views in all directions. The rath was described during a previous site inspection in 1992 as a circular area (diam. 24m) defined by the remains of an inner (Wth 4.5m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 1.5m) and outer (Wth 1.5m; int. H 1.3m; ext. H 1.8m) earthen bank and an intervening fosse (Wth 3m). There was an entrance (Wth 1.6m) noted at SE (SMR (1989) file). The perimeter of the rath is now densely covered with overgrowth and inaccessible, except for a limited area at the centre which is under high grass and rushes.
