What is recorded here
Grave Yd. is a disused rectangular graveyard in County Longford, Ireland, holding memorials from the 18th to 20th centuries beside a church in its eastern half. A 19th-century stone wall encloses the gentle SE-facing slope, while a wrought-iron gate and central stile in the western wall provide entry. The small quiet place still keeps its dead, even though living neighbours no longer bring flowers or speak names there.
