Broker (1937, 15) recorded a fulacht fiadh in Michael Creedon's farm,'20 feet by 12 feet, 5 or 6 feet high: removed about 1915 by owner. Full of oily stuff like slag'. Exact location not known. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997).
